Can wheat support heart health?

Let’s change that statistic. Studies show that 8 in 10 cases of heart disease and stroke are preventable through healthy lifestyle behaviours.

We know that a healthy dietary pattern plays a key role in reducing the risk of heart disease. Eating a diet rich in whole grains and dietary fibre, for example, can help decrease blood pressure, preventing our heart from working harder than it needs to pump blood around our bodies.
